市政协开展重点提案督办活动 推动城市建设高质量发展

　　为加大提案督办力度，增强办理实效，推动城市建设高质量发展，16日上午，市政协副主席陈奇春带领督办组到榕城区，就市政协七届四次会议重点提案《关于揭阳大道进贤门大道路口至环市北路路口段快速化改造的建议》的办理落实情况开展督办。

　　督办组首先到市区埔田互通立交连接线项目相关路段进行实地察看，详细了解当前工程建设进展，并召开座谈会，听取榕城区政府及市、区相关部门关于提案办理情况汇报。座谈会上，督办组对榕城区政府及相关提案会办单位在提案办理过程中高度重视、统筹谋划、精密组织、有序推进给予充分肯定。督办组指出，揭阳大道作为城市主干道，其快速化改造对缓解市区交通压力、优化城市空间布局、提升市民出行体验具有重要意义。市、区两级相关部门要提高站位，凝聚共识，充分认识到该提案办理是回应民生关切、解决城市发展堵点的重要举措；各相关部门要加强沟通协作，明确责任分工，共同破解项目在用地规划、绿化迁改、电力迁改等方面遇到的难题；要坚持规划先行，结合城市长远发展需求，进一步优化细化改造方案，确保方案的科学性和可行性，在保障质量和安全的前提下，力争项目早日进入实质性建设阶段。市政协将继续通过多种形式跟踪督办，确保提案建议真正落地见效、造福于民。
