广东石化7天研发3个牌号高效厚利新材料产品

　　广东石化减油增化、减油增特战略按下“快进键”。11日，广东石化公司50万吨/年聚丙烯装置成功试产PP-HM0700薄壁注塑料，这是在一周内，该公司进行试产的第三个聚烯烃新产品。

　　自9月5日起，在一周之内，广东石化全密度聚乙烯、高密度聚乙烯和聚丙烯三套装置相继完成PE-HD5533B、PE-HD5608C和PP-HM0700三个新牌号产品的试生产。此次连续推出的三款新产品，不仅在工艺控制、产品质量和过渡料控制方面表现优异，更在高端化、差异化与绿色化方向上取得实质性进展，进一步强化了该公司在聚烯烃产品开发中的争先意识。

　　7日， 80万吨/年全密度聚乙烯装置顺利完成奶制品包装用小中空新产品PE-HD5533B的试生产，产出合格产品1095吨。该产品熔体强度更高、气味更低，顺利通过食品饮料生产商的感官与性能测试，可广泛用于奶制品及饮料瓶的灌装包装，每吨售价可提高200~300元。

　　在PE-HD5533B生产过程中，该公司组建的多专业协作团队通过微调反应器温度与压力、精准控制粉料与粒料指数、缓慢切换氮气与添加剂系统，实现了无过渡料转产，大幅提升生产效率。

　　8日，40万吨/年高密度聚乙烯装置成功产出流延聚乙烯专用料PE-HD5608C.该产品填补了潮汕地区流延聚乙烯市场的空白，可有效缓解当地企业依赖外地货源带来的高物流成本和长交货周期问题。“PE-HD5608C通过‘不改设备改参数’的低成本创新模式，为集团公司赫斯特工艺装置差异化发展提供了‘广东方案’。”高密度聚乙烯装置负责人王书卫表示。

　　11日，50万吨/年聚丙烯装置成功试产的PP-HM0700薄壁注塑料，熔融指数稳定达到70g/10min，具有高透明、快速成型和结构强度高等特点，可广泛应用于食品包装容器领域，符合环保“轻量化”发展趋势。

　　广东石化化工二部副经理胡刚表示：“PP-HM0700的顺利研发，不仅提升了公司化工产品竞争力，也增强了装置工艺适应性和综合运行效能。我们将通过系统收集并总结这次生产数据，进一步优化调整生产方案，稳定反应器生产过程，保障产品性能指标的优良稳定。”

　　新产品密集落地的背后，是广东石化以市场为导向、以技术为支撑、以协作为纽带的系统性创新机制的持续发力。自开工投产以来，该公司已累计开发高效厚利新材料产品20个，其中茂金属聚乙烯3个牌号产品接近或达到国际先进水平，高密度管材专用料通过国家PE100级认证，多个膜料产品产量处于行业领先地位。新产品总产量已超170万吨，开发速度、开发成功率均位列中国石油炼化新材料板块前茅。
